She holds a Law degree from Universidad Panamericana and a Master’s Degree in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
For more than 20 years, she has advised national and international corporate groups, as well as private clients, on tax matters related to corporate restructurings, international taxation, indirect taxesa and business and estate planning, ensuring tax efficiency and regulatory compliance, while promoting sustainable results.
She was the first coordinator of the Women of IFA Network (WIN) in Mexico, a global initiative of the International Fiscal Association aimed at promoting women’s participation, visibility, and leadership in tax law and international tax policy. Since 2007, she has represented Mexico in the Transformation Thinkers network, a forum focused on international strategic reflection and interdisciplinary collaboration for good governance and democratic change.
She has published several works on tax matters and has served as a professor of tax-related courses at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and at Universidad Panamericana.
She has been recognized by various international legal rankings for her work in the areas of tax, international trade, and private wealth.

He has more than 14 years of professional experience practicing Corporate Law and Contract Law.
His practice focuses on the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and agreements, as well as the preparation of key corporate documentation, including bylaws, shareholders’ and board meeting minutes, certifications, share certificates, and corporate books. He has extensive experience advising companies in the financial sector on both the documentation of their regular transactions and regulatory compliance, as well as on risk identification.
He has significant knowledge and experience in corporate transactions such as company incorporations, mergers, spin-offs, transformations, dissolutions, and liquidations, as well as in the granting of powers of attorney and the reorganization of corporate structures.
He has also led multiple projects involving the review, operation, and termination of trust agreements, as well as legal risk management and personal data protection audits.

She studied Law at Universidad Panamericana.
She has experience in Tax Law, including tax planning, consulting, and litigation. She has advised both domestic and foreign companies on compliance with tax obligations and the structuring of business operations. She has also represented private clients in the organization and structuring of their investments in Mexico and abroad.
She has also experience in the Real Estate practice, advising clients on the legal structuring, negotiation, and implementation of transactions involving real property.
She has experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing arrangements, and the modification or termination of real estate rights, as well as conducting legal due diligence and reviewing public registry records.
Her work also includes drafting and reviewing real estate agreements, coordinating with notaries and governmental authorities, and identifying and mitigating legal risks that may affect ownership, possession, or the legal use of real estate assets.

She is a Doctoral Candidate at Universidad Panamericana; holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from Abat Oliva University; a Master’s degree in International Law with a specialization in Human Rights from American University Washington College of Law.
She is also a specialist in Constitutional Relief (Amparo Law) from Universidad Panamericana and earned her Law Degree from the same university.
She has served as a legal advisor at the Organization of American States and at the non-profit organization Mil Mujeres in Washington, D.C.
She has more than 10 years of experience in corporate law, assisting national and international clients on matters related to the proper functioning and management of commercial companies, civil associations, contracts, spin-offs, mergers, among others.
She has been a full professor of Public and Private International Law for more than 15 years at universities such as Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Universidad Panamericana Mexico City campus, and Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus.
She is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C.), where she has served as Secretary of the Human Rights Commission and Deputy Coordinator of the Equity and Gender Commission. She was also host of the program Háblame Derecho on the Judicial Channel.

Additionally, she has significant experience in the insurance sector, including professional authorization through the A1 License issued by the National Insurance and Bonding Commission (Comisión Nacional de Seguros y Fianzas – CNSF).

Ricardo is an attorney with more than thirty-five years of experience in foreign trade, customs regulation, and tax advisory. He has worked with leading domestic and international companies in developing and implementing strategies to optimize import and export transactions, ensure robust regulatory compliance, and effectively manage customs-related risks.
During his career, he held key positions within Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), providing him with a comprehensive and practical understanding of Mexico’s regulatory and fiscal frameworks. He has also advised on the structuring of business operations in Mexico, including maquila special programs, certifications, and government authorizations before the relevant authorities.
Ricardo has directed training and professional-development initiatives in tax and customs matters, served as a professor at prestigious universities, and authored specialized publications in the field of foreign trade.
His background combines deep technical expertise with a strategic and business-oriented perspective.
